Christmas Event
Santa Dave will be able to liven up
your event as only a real-bearded
Santa can.
Santa will meet your requests for
entertaining the party. Among the
things Santa can provide:
Besides parties, Santa has
experience making appearances at
local businesses and public
events. Santa can also provide
historical perspectives and besides
entertainment and fiction, can also
present on various topics regarding
the history of the holiday, the
holiday traditions, and how
Christmas has been celebrated
through the years.
Santa Dave is a history buff and
has many original stories that have
a historical setting. Most of these
stories can also be told in first
person without the Santa Suit or
3rd person as Santa. These
stories, such as Christmas at
Flanders Field, have been given at
church services and other holiday
events.
Appearances are booked in 20
minute increments and Fee
information is available by phone or
emailing santa@christmas-lore.
com. Non-profit organizations are
done pro-bona, with donations
accepted (there are costs to Santa).
Santa Dave is in the Northwest
Ohio and Southeastern Michigan
geographical area. This includes
the cities of Sylvania, Toledo,
Ottawa Hills, Perrysberg, Holland,
Swanton, Metamora, Monroe,
Detroit, Ann Arbor, and vicinities.
He can also travel on a per event
basis and will require mileage
reimbursement at the IRS rate per
mile if the destination is more than
20 miles from zip code 43560 via
www.mapquest.com (additional
miles only, for example if the
destination is 26 miles away, the
mileage charge would be for 12
miles (6 miles each way))
